Description:

  • Lead the global Multi-tenant Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization at Ping Identity.
  • Set SRE strategy, improve operational models, and partner with various teams to ensure reliable customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields with experience leading teams.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume, mission-critical SaaS services globally.
  • Strong skills in CI/CD practices, automation, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical issues to diverse audiences.
