Description:

CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software, serving over 200,000 users.
The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will enhance production reliability and collaborate with software engineering teams to implement modern reliability practices.

Requirements:

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog).
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with major cloud providers, preferably AWS, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and .NET application development.
Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, software development, systems, and networking.
Experience using AI to enhance productivity.
