Description:

  • Join Novellia as the first Site Reliability Engineer, working with the Head of Platform Engineering to establish reliability foundations.
  • Solve interesting problems related to health data reliability, monitoring, deployment, and engineering interactions with production.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SRE, platform, DevOps, or backend roles with production ownership experience.
  • Proficient in at least one general-purpose language (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.) and willing to modify application code.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and process improvement in engineering contexts.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work self-directed without a playbook.
