Description:

WorkHero is developing an AI-powered back office for the HVAC industry, helping small contractors manage administrative tasks.
The role involves building product experiences and AI systems using React, React Native, and Node.js, with a focus on end-to-end system ownership.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and shipping production full-stack systems.
Strong fundamentals in React and Node.js, with experience in TypeScript preferred.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered features and AI frameworks.
Familiarity with modern databases (MongoDB, Postgres) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with the team (11am-3pm ET).
