Requirements:

8+ years of experience in developing scalable enterprise-level services or products.
Extensive experience with large-scale distributed applications and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Redis, Golang).
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB).
Familiarity with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is desirable.
Prior hands-on experience with AI in production environments is strongly preferred.
