As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have ownership and autonomy in building systems and infrastructure for Compa’s core products.
Responsibilities include shipping production-grade software, building new features, writing clean code, participating in code reviews, and solving problems for enterprise compensation teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping production software in a collaborative environment is required.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern web development language or framework is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working across the stack or specializing in either frontend or backend.
Proven ability to work autonomously and follow through on commitments is essential.
Candidates must be pragmatic and thoughtful about trade-offs, focusing on outcomes over tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
