Description:

  • Join Alternative Payments as a Senior Software Engineer for the Alti AI agent product, focusing on scaling features and machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with a small team to enhance evaluation, observability, and production deployment of AI features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on shipping product features.
  • Hands-on experience with AI products, particularly LLMs and agents, within the last year.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
