Description:
- Design, build, and ship software for Ditto's data synchronization capabilities in defense environments.
- Own complex problems from architecture to deployment, focusing on mobile applications and integrations.
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and provide feedback to the core product team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record in production applications.
- 4+ years of mobile application development experience, particularly with Android SDK, Kotlin, and/or Java.
- Strong integration design skills and ability to define API contracts and synchronization patterns.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Adaptable problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
