Strong full-stack engineering skills with daily coding experience.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take ownership of projects.
Curiosity about AI and experience using AI coding tools.
Collaborative mindset, capable of working with product, design, and domain experts.
Experience leading projects and making technical decisions.
