The Senior Software Engineer role is customer-facing and involves implementing AI-powered solutions and configuring the platform using Python, MySQL, and automation tools.
Responsibilities include working directly with customers to understand their needs, configuring the platform, launching secure features, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time.
The position is fully remote but candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil, and it is a long-term Independent Contractor position.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Python web development.
A minimum of 3 years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions, is necessary.
Candidates should have 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases, such as MySQL.
Experience with Django or another Python framework for at least 3 years is required.
Proven experience building and consuming APIs for 2+ years is necessary.
Hands-on experience using AI-enhanced IDEs to accelerate delivery and simplify workflows is required.
Experience with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI is preferred.
Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway, and Lambda is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
