Senior Software Engineers will work on business-critical products, translating ambiguous problems into production-grade solutions across legacy and greenfield environments.

Requirements:

Strong ability to decompose problems into clear system designs and make architectural decisions.
Experience in building and shipping complex software systems, with a focus on production quality, testing, and observability.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Learning agility and ownership, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools, familiarity with .NET, Go, React/TypeScript, and experience in public sector domains.
