Join Vanta's new Enterprise Resilience team to build and operate reliable, scalable, and resilient systems.
Define the foundations of reliability, shape best practices, and guide teams in designing consistent services for customers.

Requirements:

Experience operating services in compliance-heavy environments, including FedRAMP.
Proven technical leadership in driving large-scale reliability initiatives across product engineering.
Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure in fast-growing environments.
Strong understanding of trade-offs in creating highly available infrastructure/services.
Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
