Description:

  • Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic focused on delivering evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine.
  • The Senior Software Engineer will join the Care Team Experience (CTX) team to develop backend services and workflows that support clinical operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and operating production software, particularly in backend and workflow-heavy environments.
  • Strong proficiency in modern backend stacks, with Ruby on Rails experience preferred.
  • Experience with small-batch and continuous delivery practices, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools (AWS, Datadog).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with product, clinical, and non-technical partners.
