Description:

  • Join Bluesight as a Staff Software Engineer to enhance healthcare data products supporting hospital and pharmacy operations.
  • Lead technical direction, architectural decisions, and cross-team initiatives for the ControlCheck team.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of software engineering experience with full stack expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Proven ability to influence architectural decisions and drive multi-month initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering team collaboration.
