Description:

  • AHEAD is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build Hatch, a platform for IT lifecycle management.
  • The role involves designing, building, and shipping full-stack solutions while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience (7+ preferred) with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong engineering judgment and a product mindset, with fluency in modern AI development tools.
  • Adaptability to new languages and frameworks; experience with Elixir and Phoenix is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor other engineers.

Benefits:
