Requirements:

6-8+ years of software development experience, particularly in frontend with React and TypeScript.
Experience leading complex engineering projects across multiple teams.
Strong communication skills for cross-organizational collaboration.
Experience maintaining internal libraries or platform tooling.
Proactive in helping and improving developer experiences.
Deep understanding of modern frontend tooling, CI/CD, and testing workflows.
Willingness to troubleshoot and resolve complex web platform issues.
Ability to balance ambitious goals with practical execution.

Competitive base salary and equity (stock options).
Salary range for US employees: $200,700 - 250,900; for Canadian employees: CAD $189,700 - 237,100.
