Description:

  • Join a remote-first team of 20+ developers at Aphex, a construction planning platform.
  • Build backend systems and elegant frontend experiences for large-scale construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection.
  • 5 years of software engineering experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Deep experience with React and modern frontend patterns.
  • Proven backend development skills and experience with real-time applications.
  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for async collaboration.
