Remote Technical Lead - Full Stack

Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience to help shape and scale an AI-driven automation SaaS platform.
• This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge business goals and technical execution, guide architectural decisions, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward building a secure, scalable product.
• You will work closely with founders and product leaders, turning complex ideas into reliable systems while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

• You will serve as the technical bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development using TypeScript across frontend and backend is required.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience working with Node.js, preferably using FastifyJS or NestJS.
• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js is necessary for this role.
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs is required.
• You should have at least 2 years of experience integrating Twilio (voice, SMS, or automation workflows).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments is essential.
• Experience with Stripe (SaaS subscriptions) and Zapier developer integrations is required.
• You should have experience with prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team, including guiding technical decisions, conducting code reviews, supporting career growth, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders is necessary.
• A strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver elegant solutions is required.
