Requirements:

2+ years of software engineering experience in backend systems and frontend applications.
Proficient in Node.js (NestJS preferred), TypeScript, MongoDB, and Redis for backend development.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) and state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, MobX).
Strong understanding of application security best practices and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry).
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
