Description:

  • Build and evolve systems for agentic development experience on Coder’s Agentic Engineering team.
  • Work on agent harness, integrations, and workflows connecting agents with development environments.
  • Solve complex technical problems and collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in building and operating production software systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Go, and familiarity with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with LLMs or agentic workflows, and understanding of distributed systems.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute through code reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
