Description:

Prismic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Marketing Tools team, working remotely from anywhere in Europe.
The role involves implementing AI agents for generating on-brand content, enabling real-time collaboration among marketers, and facilitating localization at scale with AI-powered translations.
Responsibilities include building tools for account-based marketing through dynamic page personalization for different audiences.
The technologies and tools used in this role include Typescript (NodeJS), AWS, SST, serverless architecture, PostgreSQL, LangGraph, Playwright, GitHub Actions, React, and Cursor / Claude Code.

Requirements:

Candidates should be comfortable designing and building scalable backend services using modern TypeScript runtimes and serverless/edge architectures.
Experience or strong curiosity in agentic AI development, including orchestrating LLMs and evaluating results, is preferred.
A focus on engineering quality, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and secure-by-default design, is essential.
Understanding the challenges of real-time collaboration systems, such as state synchronization and latency, is important.
Candidates should be pragmatic about trade-offs in optimization for speed, scale, or simplicity.
Collaboration with designers and PMs to turn product ideas into production systems is expected.
Clear coding, documentation, and thoughtful code reviews are required.
A willingness to work on frontend tasks, such as tweaking the Page Builder UI, is necessary.
Curiosity about using AI as a force multiplier for engineering is desired.
Bonus points for experience in high-growth SaaS environments and building content creation platforms or rich editing tools.
