Remote Senior Software Engineer - (PHP+Vue)

Description:

• A Full Stack Software Engineer for PHP and VueJS is an associate at Creative Chaos responsible for developing server and client applications for various software platforms.
• The role includes writing Restful APIs and developing front-end interfaces for the web.
• A senior software engineer ensures that the functionality, security, and performance of the application meet design specifications and are completely bug-free.
• Senior engineers are responsible for mentoring junior team members and building team strength through training.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
• Candidates must have at least four (4) years of related experience in a professional industry.
• Strong knowledge of core PHP, MVC frameworks, and Yii is essential.
• Must have working experience as a full stack engineer, preferably with VueJS and PHP.
• Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX is required.
• Candidates should have experience in writing backend components and Restful APIs.
• An understanding of security standards and compliance is necessary.
• Experience with different relational and schemaless databases, such as MySQL, is required.
• Candidates must be able to create a database structure for the required functionality.
• Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring a minimum of 90% test coverage is necessary.
• Knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA, and other collaboration tools is required.
