Description:

• Join Vanta as a Senior Software Engineer in the Product Platform organization, focusing on foundational challenges with company-wide impact.
• Work on two teams: Application Primitives (customer-facing components) and Libraries & Foundations (internal engineering libraries).

Requirements:

• Industry experience in backend or fullstack software engineering, particularly in platform or shared infrastructure.
• Proven experience building shared APIs or platform components for multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code and sound architectural decisions.
• Openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency and impact.
