Description:

  • Design and build features across Customer service workflows on the ServiceNow CRM platform.
  • Own complex components end to end, collaborating with product, design, and platform teams to enhance customer-facing processes with AI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of technical direction.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, and building autonomous workflows.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and system design, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
