The Staff Software Engineer will own core products including prior auth pipelines and Epic integrations, focusing on both coding and architectural decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience owning a product and making impactful decisions.
Strong background in building complex systems from scratch with clear decision-making rationale.
Hands-on approach with the ability to zoom out for broader perspective.
High agency and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Daily use of AI tools and a desire to further integrate them into workflows.
Must be based in US Eastern or Central time for effective collaboration.
