Description:

  • Design, build, and maintain production features with a focus on security.
  • Own vulnerability response, triaging and fixing security issues in code and dependencies.
  • Conduct threat modeling for new features and review security-sensitive designs.
  • Participate in code and design reviews, improving security practices across engineering.

Requirements:

  • Experience in production engineering with Go as a primary language.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes internals, including API server, RBAC, and controllers.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes attack surface and security best practices.
  • Experience in threat modeling and secure design for production systems.
  • Proven track record of investigating and fixing vulnerabilities, including CVE lifecycle.
