Description:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in a platform-oriented team.
  • Proficiency in Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining internal libraries or tooling for engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and a builder's instinct for AI tooling.
  • Strong curiosity for improving developer experience and a collaborative spirit for mentorship.
  • Data-informed decision-making skills.
