Description:

Lead complex GAIL and Go-Live Support engagements, focusing on large-scale enterprise deployments and high-stakes go-lives.
Own and evolve the GAIL playbook, ensuring deployment standards and processes are current and actionable.
Build and maintain shared GAIL tooling to enhance efficiency across engagements.
Mentor incoming GAIL engineers through structured onboarding and coaching.
Capture deployment patterns to enhance the team's knowledge base and improve overall performance.
Drive quality standards across the GAIL practice and partner with product and engineering teams for feedback.

Requirements:

6+ years of software engineering experience, with a mix of enterprise product work and customer delivery.
Strong coding skills in JavaScript and one or more additional languages (Java, Python, etc.).
Experience deploying or integrating AI features in customer environments.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and tuning outputs for reliability.
Strong understanding of standards and the ability to make informed decisions on playbook applications.
Ability to create shared tooling and reusable patterns.
Effective mentoring skills to elevate the performance of fellow engineers.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
