Description:

Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of complex platform capabilities for the machine-learning lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills and knowledge of API design, distributed systems, and software design fundamentals.
Experience with cloud-native services, ML platforms, and familiarity with the ML lifecycle, including model serving and data platforms.
Proficient in SQL, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production observability.
Ability to mentor engineers and connect engineering work to business outcomes.
