Description:

  • Join Twilio as a Staff Backend Engineer on the Flex Engineering team, focusing on the TaskRouter system for contact center interactions.
  • Set technical direction, own architecture, and ensure platform scalability and performance as customer demand grows.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in backend development using languages like Java, Golang, Python, or Scala.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and CI/CD practices.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
