rePurpose is a leading Packaging Sustainability & Compliance platform focused on reducing plastic waste.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and scale the platform, enhancing compliance workflows and sustainability insights.

Requirements:

Deep experience in backend development using Node.js or similar frameworks, with strong API design skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and ensuring data integrity.
Familiarity with backend security best practices and observability tooling.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies for effective collaboration.
Comfortable in an Agile environment with strong communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of relevant experience; startup experience is a plus.

Competitive salary: $160,000 - $200,000 based on location and experience.
