Description:

  • Join Back Market's Sales Customer Care team to enhance post-sales experiences for customers and empower agents with effective tools.
  • Work in an agile environment, taking ownership of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer and agent experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong ownership and versatility in tackling challenges across the technical stack.
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and familiarity with frontend technologies like VueJS and Typescript.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes).
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for an international team.
