Description:
- Join a well-established charity to guide the design, development, and delivery of a Next.js front-end volunteering platform.
- Manage a small team of offshore engineers while contributing to code, architectural decisions, and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of engineering experience with a focus on front-end development using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in AI-assisted and test-driven development (TDD) workflows, with a strong understanding of spec-first practices.
- 1-2 years of experience managing or mentoring developers, preferably in an offshore setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
