Description:

  • WorkHero is developing an AI-powered back office for the skilled trades, focusing on the HVAC industry.
  • The role involves owning the real-time voice stack and data platform for AI agents on live calls.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of senior-level backend experience with production systems.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time voice or streaming systems (e.g., telephony, WebRTC).
  • Proficiency in a typed backend language (TypeScript preferred).
  • Experience with data engineering fundamentals and LLM-powered features.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, cloud, and CI/CD systems.
