Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join their International Team.
The role involves creating greenfield software for a significant project within the Deutsche Telekom Group, impacting 30 million customers.
The product includes applications and websites for Fiber pre-ordering, ordering, installation, service management, and customer support.
Responsibilities include creating and validating business requirements, decomposing them into development-ready User Stories, and enabling the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners and system designers, evaluate business models, and ensure quality in software delivery.
The role requires understanding both business and technical objectives, identifying interface partners, and analyzing REST APIs.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer in international projects.
Proficiency in UML notation for visualizing analysis and experience with Agile methodology, specifically Scrum.
Strong command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) is essential.
Familiarity with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Confluence, and Jira is required.
Knowledge of SQL, BPMN notation, and experience in designing business applications and system analysis is necessary.
Understanding of microservices architecture and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is important.
Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is preferred.
Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively are essential traits.
