This position is remote, with candidates required to reside in Amsterdam, Poland, or Romania.
The Solution Engineer will serve as the primary technical and product expert for the salesforce, supporting the sales team by addressing complex customer business problems and requirements.
Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, delivering high-quality demos, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and presenting technical architectures to C-level executives.
The role involves collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure the delivery of effective solutions and high-quality products.
Travel may be required for business development activities such as conferences and client presentations.

Requirements:

Candidates must be comfortable in a dynamic technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Experience in seeking requirements from and presenting to executive audiences in the hospitality sector is essential.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a client success or sales-related role is required.
Previous experience with hospitality platforms is necessary.
Excellent technical presentation skills are a must.
Candidates should be organized, analytical, and capable of eliminating sales obstacles through creative approaches.
The ability to work across organizations and promote cross-functional collaboration is important.
Self-motivation and a history of outstanding performance in previous roles are required.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate and document the value proposition and unique market positioning of solutions.
