Serve as a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, focusing on DACH customers and collaborating with German-fluent Account Executives.
Deliver personalized product demonstrations, facilitate product trials, and respond to RFPs to secure technical and commercial wins.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal fluency in English and German; experience selling in EMEA.
Background as a Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant in complex SaaS sales cycles.
Familiarity with HR or Talent teams and empathy for their challenges.
Deep product expertise and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
Experience in creating tailored demos and engaging with AEs for deal progression.
