Description:

  • Enode is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to help customers maximize value from their product and shape the Customer Engineering function.
  • The role involves interfacing with engineers, product managers, and leadership to integrate Enode's APIs and maintain technical relationships with customers throughout their journey.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer engineering, solutions sales engineering, or user-oriented software engineering.
  • Ability to manage technical client relationships and make codebase improvements.
  • Experience deploying complex software in critical infrastructure and working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to various audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations regularly.
  • Nice to have: Experience in third-party API companies and pre-sales support for enterprise customers.
