Description:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to engage customers and drive technology evaluations.
  • Lead pre-sales discovery meetings, analyze customer needs, and present Tanium solutions.
  • Conduct platform demos and deliver Proof of Value engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Participate in marketing events and provide customer-facing training.
  • Travel 30-50% to engage with customers in person.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in endpoint operations or security.
  • 2+ years in customer-facing or support roles.
  • Expertise in software pre-sales in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience presenting to various levels, including VP.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in Endpoint Security, IT Operations Management, or Regulatory Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
