Remote Solutions Engineer DACH (m/f/d)

Description:

• Work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align growth objectives with 360learning capabilities.
• Serve as the first Solutions Engineer for the German market, playing a crucial role in business expansion and supporting the EMEA team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation, preferably in SaaS.
• Consultative selling background and knowledge of enterprise technologies (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS).
• Proven ability to engage with high-level stakeholders and lead technical workshops.
• Excellent communication skills in German and business fluent English; other languages are a plus.
