Description:

  • Serve as the primary pre-sales technical point of contact for Zip's solution suite.
  • Help prospects understand the value of Zip's application in their procurement and technical landscape.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with account executives and sales managers to drive deals to closure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs to post-sales solutions consultants for successful deployment.
  • Provide feedback to influence product development and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a solution selling environment or similar role.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients and C-level executives.
  • Strong solution selling skills with the ability to articulate software value.
  • Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP space.
  • Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer pain points.
  • Knowledge of software integrations, including APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and self-starter mentality.
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency) required.
