Remote Senior Partner Solution Engineer - SAP

Description:

• Key role in enabling Parloa’s partner ecosystem to position, sell, and implement the conversational AI platform.
• Work closely with strategic and emerging partners through the technical journey from discovery to deal support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP ecosystems (e.g., SAP CX, SAP BTP, SAP Service Cloud).
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally in partner sales models.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in technical and executive contexts.
• Strong coaching and enablement mindset.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Technical curiosity in AI-driven products and customer experience.
• Native or bilingual in German and English.
