The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to employers, bridging Sales and Product, and leading pre-sales efforts with large self-funded employers.

Requirements:

6–8+ years of experience with large self-funded employers (100K+ covered lives) and their benefits teams.
Deep knowledge of the employer benefits ecosystem, including interactions between carriers, TPAs, and health benefits.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize impactful decisions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for external-facing roles.
