Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Serve as a technical partner to customers, Sales, and Delivery, leading discovery and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Shape solutions across Andela's portfolio, including Talent Solutions, AI Solutions, and Learning & Assessment Solutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong technical fluency in software development, cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and translate business problems into solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and comfort with technical tools and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
