Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Join Instructure as a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide prospective customers through the evaluation of the Instructure Learning Platform.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and product advocate, identifying deployment and technical considerations throughout the pre-sales process.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales experience in a SaaS environment.
• Technical understanding of education technology, web technology, systems integration, SaaS, and APIs.
• Experience responding to RFIs and RFPs, ideally in government or large-scale education sectors.
• Strong presentation skills to engage with faculty, IT leaders, and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.
