The role involves owning the reliability and quality of an AI copilot in the trading platform.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in production software; strong proficiency in any programming language.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, testing methodology, and systems design.
Experience in building evaluation frameworks and benchmark suites for complex systems.
Experience in model improvement cycles and defining metrics for data-driven decisions.
Ability to work across the stack and partner with frontend/product teams.
High self-motivation and problem-solving skills.

Base salary range of $200,000 - $500,000, based on experience and location.
