Description:

  • Join Pomelo Care as a Senior/Staff Security Engineer to enhance security in a leading virtual medical practice for women and children.
  • Own the execution of security controls, automation, and code to reduce risks, while collaborating with compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code (Kotlin, Java, Python, Go, C# or similar).
  • Strong security knowledge including threat modeling, identity/auth flows, OWASP Top 10, and cloud/supply-chain security.
  • Proven track record of making organizations measurably safer by closing risks.
  • Experience in healthcare security (HIPAA, HITRUST) and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
