Remote Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Nova Core)

Description:

• The Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Nova Core) will design, build, and operate backend services for reliable C2 operations across Nova Cloud deployments, focusing on service architecture, APIs, data models, and developer experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems and services.
• Strong experience in API design, backend architecture, data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), and operational ownership including observability and incident response.
• Security-first backend engineering experience, including authn/authz patterns.
• Strong testing discipline and clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
