Remote Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Description:

• Join an early-stage AI and manufacturing supply chain company as a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the platform team.
• Build backend services, data pipelines, and integrations for AI-powered agents and transactions in manufacturing workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of production experience in backend services, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure.
• Proficient in TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Next.js and web development.
• Experience designing transactional systems with ACID guarantees and idempotent APIs.
• Hands-on AI development or AI DevOps experience, including NLP or ML pipelines.
• Experience with LLM-based agents and RAG patterns.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience with event-driven systems.
• Experience integrating ERP systems and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident response for backend systems.
• Professional experience in manufacturing supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $250,000 annually.
