Webflow is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical future of Convert, a suite of products for marketing and growth teams.
The role involves setting technical vision, architecting backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
12+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend and distributed systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Experience in designing and operating high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems.
Strong technical leadership and ability to influence architecture and strategy.
Effective collaboration with product, design, data science, and ML teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.
